it dosent look well on me i have a small frame but when i flex i can see a six paceked rip abspokeing threw and its very definde how do i get rid of that gut and will jogging for 40 minuets everyday lots of water and eating more greens on my plate help me

I am very inscicure about my gut but still i still get beautiful woman looking at me but i just dont like my gut

It sounds like you have just a little bit of "belly fat". Sometimes it takes eating fat to get rid of fat. Not just any fat however. Ground-up flax seeds contain essential fatty acids 3 - 6 - 9. Put some in your yogurt or mix them in pancakes in the morning, add fruit instead of syrup. One to two tablespoons should do it. They balance out the sugar in your blood, helps support the cardio-vascular system and helps burn off the belly fat. Cooking with olive oil also helps. Stay away from the trans-fats. Butter really IS better than margarine.

Good, you already jog, that is a definite plus. Add to that, lots of green leafy vegetables.

If it is lower belly fat try lots and lots of scissors. Lay on your back, hands clasped behind your head. Raise your legs six inches above the floor and cross your ankles in a scissor-like motion left on top, then right on top for at least five minutes or more. It helps with the lower abdominal and the upper abdominal.

Drinking water is very important and so is eating fruits and vegetables. You should try to eat 6 to 8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day; the fiber will help you absorb less fat in your intestine and the nutrients will help speed up your metabolism. Vary your running, do distance running and also sprints. This will help you burn fat faster.
