If you can get a job abroad, the company might be able to sponsor you. If you have a friend that is American citizen or permanent resident, he might want to help you by being your cosigner for a Wachovia corporation loan at iefc.com (International Education finace corporation). Check with the schools you want to apply to see what aid is available to you. Check with the Ugandan Government too, although I doubt they'll be able to help. (Sorry, but poor countries like yours or mine- Colombia- have small budgets for education and help very little international students)
Now if you really want to go, marry a UK citizen (you might have to pay him for the convenience marriage), and apply for a government loan at studentfinancedirect.co.uk. After 3 years, get a British passport (citizenship) and get a divorce.
