does anyone know, (besides taking asprin) any home remedies to headaches?

caffeine works for most people, but it has a negative effect on me, but then again, you are probably in the catagory of "most people"

I'm a nurse. There are many otc medications and at home remedies. You might just be having a stress and/or tension headache, I have those along with many people. You need to find a happy place. What I mean by that is do something that would make you relax. Try things like a warm bath, scented candles. I guess find something that would relax you, even sex would work. tie ur head with scarf start from the front of ur head to the back .. after that put something hard such as pencil or pen , between ur head and the scarf and let that area got the pain , then u will move ur head pain to the pen pain :) it is for brain signals u move it away , without medication , just for a while ,, bless you ..

sometimes an ice pack to the forehead or back of the neck helps me.
