You need to get your girlfriend to tell him firmly that she does not what him to stalk him. He is trying to sway her. Not you. He will not listen to you. He will listen to her. Just make sure that she is very direct and very clear. Make sure that she doesn't say sh*it like "I only like you as a friend." He will only hear the "I only like you blah blah blah blah." Do not use the word like. Instead, she needs to refuse to accept his gifts, and tell him to never speak to her ever again. Use words like never, or ever. Do not tell him that she will not see him in a million years. He will still think he has a shot in a million years. Got it?

Your girlfriend has to protect herself on this one...Tell her not to scold him because some dudes think that any attention at all is an indication that there are feelings for him.....I can be a little mean sometimes...when he gives her another gift.....destroy it right in front of him and give it back to him or throw it on the ground but keep a smile on your face.....he will leave her alone....if that doesn't work call his Mom:)

Tell someone else. There's safety in numbers, and the more people you have protecting your girlfriend, the less likely he is to try and mess around with her. He may have some sort of "problem" if he's stalking her. The thing is, the stalking can get out of hand sometimes. Tell someone, like a teacher, if he gets any creepier.
Good luck, and Happy Holidays.

Well foremost fighting will solve nothing.... even though in this situation im sure it would feel like that is your last and only hope.. it seems that this person has an unnatural obsession with your girlfriend and possibly a neuratic one.. my suggestion would be to stay as close as you can to her when you know he would be around... and be polite but keep stating the fact that she is not single and that you are her boyfriend..... now if you are in high school then maybe telling a teacher or even maybe if she tells her famliy... if it seems to that point.. never be lack on situations like this... but over all just be polite and monitor the situation... im sure he is just an over eager boy who thinks he has a chance with a pretty lady..

Tell your teacher or principal. And if that doesn't work, file a complaint against him in the precinct. Seriously. If he's stalking & harrassing her, and the both of you asked him to not do so but he continues, give him a warning that you will report him and file a complaint against him. And if he continues to bother your girlfriend, then file that complaint against him and follow through. But by all means, don't go getting into physical altercations with the guy. He doesn't sound like a rational person - fighting with him could make things worse.

You have no role in this except to be supportive. She, however, needs to discuss this with the school administration. Maybe if he hears it from a faculty member, he'll chill.

Schools take this sort of thing very seriously now, just in case someone goes completely off the deep end and harm results to the stalkee. Lawsuits tend to make people way vigilant.

Have your girlfriend return all the gifts. She probably should not have accepted them in the first place. The fact that she did may be what's encouraging him. Then if he persists talk with him and explain to him that he is embarrassing himself.

noting really that you can do, he has got a crush, unless it turns into a stalker kind of thing, there is nothing that you can do about it.

You should feel lucky that you have a cute GF that another man wants her, treat her well and just know that she is faithful to you. and be happy with her.

To get him to stop, tell your GF to talk to him, tell him that she wants nothing to do with him...

Until he understands that, he is not going to give up.

You need to buck up to him and defend your girlfriend...if you are too small, you need to buck up anyway and then after that contact someone. Even if you are small you can still be effective. You need to be very confident and appear very mad. DON"T try to resolve it in a peaceful conversation. He won't take you seriously at all. Buck up and if nothing then contact someone

Why don't you chat to this guy in private and find out why he's doing this? If he's obviously pursuing your girlfriend, maybe he has something against you?
