I'm size 3-4 on dresses, bust 34A. My height is 169cm, my weight is 57kg. But I also have an arm problem. My arms fatten fast, but not my belly. what can I do?. Am I ok or do I need 2 put on some weight?.

I have that problem too with the arms and hips. Just eat more but instead of doing cardio do some weight resistance. Make sure you do lift some weights for your arms so that they won't get flabby

Eat healthy and exercise a lot. Don't worry about your weight unless if you feel faint and drowsy all the time. I think you could put on a bit more weight, but hey, everyone is different.

How old are you? I don't think you need to gain weight. Just eat healthy and be happy!

Lift weights. Lift more with less reps. Always have a spotter.
