You could pick them up at Sam's or Costco, but if you'll be in the business you'll be starting accounts with distributors. They provide everything under the sun. JP Foodservice, US, Martin Bros, and especially Sysco. Sysco is world-wide and they can not only find you anything, but they'll constantly throw specials at you, table tents, baskets, anything. Even discounts if you buy 10 cases.

Those are the distributors I used, and I got the same type appetizers you mention.

These items are sold in large bulk at Sams Club and if you are retailing anything bring your business license so they do not charge you tax. Most restaurants starting out start here first because you can buy as you need with no min order quantity as you grow in business enough sales people will approach you with their food products then you can decide and compare.
