I don't care if the STYLIST is caucasian. Not all stylists here do caucasian hair.

you can always go up to someone in public whose hair you like and ask them who they go to. also you can take a professional product you like, say Matrix, and call the 1800 number on the back of the package or on the website and get a stylist refferal. i would call them and ask for an educator in my area. Redken, all of them would be happy to refer you.
