where can i find 5 kg chocolate blocks in chicago?

Not sure whether Wilton might be able to help you... they have a store down in Darien, not far from 355. I know they sell candy melts (look like m&ms) but not sure about blocks. Also, try the link below, and see if there are any suppliers that might have what you need.
