I have been in this same situation. What I did was write him a note and let him know how you feel. When you write the note you are expressing what you cant say out of your mouth. Writing a note really touches a man's heart and they will either back off or they will make a step forward

Well, somethings i did was this :
1) talked to him
2) wore clothes that made him notice me, like tighter clothes, but not slutty
3) hung out around him
Now, he's my bf

i look for another guy to "like". :D there's just so many of them. haha.
umm. seriously, i make myself look pretty, without going over the top. then, when he looks at me, i try and get him to talk to me about something. (ask a question, maybe?)
OR, you could do a cartwheel while screaming his name. :D that's pretty noticeable.

flirt. or in the case of my bread man , walk past the bread isle 'accidently' on purpouse at work. i did that 3 times and he talked to me. sucess ;) even tho it was in polish and i didnt understand but now he speaks english
