It depends on the laws in Nevada, because even though your mother is there, most states dont allow tattooing for those under 18. also, some tattoo artists wont even tattoo a minor, no matter what the law says. If they wont allow you, its not to be mean they are looking out in your best interest.

You need to call the tattoo shop and ask. The laws vary state to state. I live in WI, and you cannot get a tat until you are 18. period. But you can get pierced in WI with a parent...if you can talk the rents into it..lol

no. you have to be 18, and since it's on TV, there might be a waiting list like at Miami Ink. just think about it for a few more years, and then go for it. just make sure it's not a cartoon (big regrets), or a name.

If you are serious about getting as tatoo and your mother is there and can prove she is your mother most tatoo shops will do it if your parent signs a consent form. My suggestionj is to call the tatto shop and ask about how they work this kind of situation. If they are upfront and offer good information it will be a good place to go.

Probably. But I would seriously consider a temporary tatoo. I know it is hard to imagine this when you are only 16, but at some point later in life, you will wish you never did it. It is easy to get them, but very difficult and costly to remove.

depends where you go. i tried to get one done when i was 14, my mom actually said yes, and we went but the people said i had to wait untill i'm 18 because if i grow then it will get all deformed because it would stretch out.
pissed me off cause i havent grown an inch in two years.

Depends of the State Law. There is no standardization for that procedure.
WHY don't you JUST ASK YOUR MOTHER?
Thanks, RR
