It is long and very gross and scabby....And I barf every time I look at her arm!!!

maybe she has a mental problem or shes into self mutilation..just shes not cutting herself. tell her parents.

I cannot imagine an eraser harming the skin unless she applied a tremendous amount of force. I would let her parents, a teacher or a guidance counselor know--it sounds like there are bigger problems going on mentally with your friend. She needs help.

ppl used to do this is my school all the time. tell her if shes doing it to look cool then get a tattoo. if shes doing it for a release self injury, tell her to talk to someone and get help. erasing your skin isnt safe by any means

She has borderline personality disorder. There is no cure, only careful psychiatric management. She probably has a history of self-mutilation. Good to know she has a friend. Usually they don't.

first get mental help for her, you can really damage your skin permanently ,nerve damage etc.. but antibacterial ointment and bandage, do not pick at the scab will help now
