Then why do you not accept the possibility that you might be wrong? The possibility that God doesn't hate gays? The possibility that the universe is greater than what the bible makes it out to be? The possibility that everyone gets into heaven, or that you just die? The possibility that evolution might be true, the possibility that you just need to live life as it is and cherish it?

Jesus told you to be humble, so wouldn't the above statements apply as being humble?

Don't tell me those don't count, because that's what you say about the old testament (excluding the parts used to condemn gays).

I accept I could be wrong. I dont think God hates Gays. I know the universe is greater than what the Bible says, OR what we even know of it today. It is possible everyone could go to heaven. Maybe evolutioj is true, and creation is symbolic. Yes, we should all live life as it is and cherich is.

So I suppose I am humble. And you should know, if you dont think some of us are, your sorely mistaken.

do you understand humblness in the eyes of the Lord? You have just described humblness of man. Two different acts altogether. God does not HATE gays. No christians would ever say God hates gays. Gay is no more a sinner than you and me. But gays have a fit when you won't agree with them on their life. Disagreeing is not hating. Can a gay accept that? If not, then the hate is coming from them and their supporters.

Humility does not mean backing down on your beliefs. I do agree that many Christians can be disrespectful and even downright rude to people who don't believe the same. The problem is that some of us focus on what people are doing rather than the person themself. I hate when Christians that are supposedly representing us become so narrowminded that they become hateful to people. We are called to love regardless of what people do or how they live.

Do I agree with the statements that you made? No, other than the fact that God doesn't hate gays, he hates homosexuality just as much as he hates lying, cursing, adultery, etc. All of the answers to your questions are in the Bible, the final authority to me. I will not change my beliefs but I won't disrespect you for not believing the same. That is humility.

Because we read the bible and God's word forms our faith
Humble doesn't mean being a doormat.
It doesn't mean shutting up about Christianity in case you might be wrong.
Being vain is different than saying what you believe in.

God goes not hate,we Christians are indeed humble.Jesus only
taught Love.We do have the right to oppose those who deny God.
This has nothing to do with being gay.We can rebuke Satan, shake the dust off our feet and walk away from Him.
