Yes, Canon. Try the A540 or A530. Canon includes a very small memory card. Other brands have internal memory but it's never A LOT (usually 32-64MB, roughly enough for 10-20 photos). Get an SD card. BestBuy has them on sale this week.
1GB will give you ~350 photos on the 540 (~400 on the 530)
2GB will give you ~700 photos on the 540 (~800 on the 530)

Although some compacts come with small amount of built in memory, in the main the amount of memory is a variable and a function of the memory card, not of the camera.

Find a camera that fits your budget then make sure it used SD or Secure Digital memory cards. The price has gone down on these cards and they are fast and reliable.
