Yahoo Answers is neither a Magic 8 Ball nor a horiscope.

Ask yourself these questions:
- Do we have similiar values, morals, and religious beliefs?
- Were we brought up in similiar family situations with similar family roles and value systems?
- Do we communicate well with each other? Are we completely honest?
- Does we have a mutual respect for each other?
- Are we committed to each other, even when the going gets rough?
- Do we have common goals in life? Will we both be able to achieve all of our goals if we stay together?
- Do we have common interests and hobbies? Will we always have plenty to talk about?
- Do we have the same priorities? Do we feel the same way about church, family, having children, standard of living, the role of our friends in our relationship?

THESE will help you figure out if you are compatible, and if your relationship will work -- not any answer you get from some anonymous 13-year-old on Yahoo Answers.

Well...pretty big age difference you have going for you. You should realize that you are both at very different stages in your life. He might just be looking for for a young girl to mess around with (eye candy, trophy gf), while you may be wanting a serious relationship.
You might want to consider finding someone closer to your age or at least no more than 10yrs your senior. What could you possibly have in common with someone old enough to be your dad?

I certainly wouldn't consider getting married if, you have so many questions. I guess you need to wait & see, 18 years is certainly a big age difference. You need to consider many things before you make a big decision like marriage & having children, albeit your relationship working out or not.

i dont know he is alot older than you, i mean if you were a little older i would think there is a chance. Your going to change alot from 18 to 25, your whole personality changes, your priorities and your responsibilities, even from 18-21 your gonna change a whole lot and him he is set in his ways so you will either change to be alot like him or your changes will cause you to drift because you will be totally different i dont know i dont think it will work out sorry :(

No dont do such hasty things .Better think of marriage after 22yrs.Toady you may think its right but after marriage it may not be the same after which you will have to go along with it.
