Funny enough, you should wait till Wednesday, and you'll get live pictures all around the world of Jerusalem and Bethlehem (which is a neighbor town) cover with snow (well, at list by the weather forecast people...).
Every time it snows in Jerusalem you'll here about it all over the world, and it happens from time to time...

It snowed today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Wednesday, December 27th, 06)
Horaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy!

And it's heavy... So heavy, in fact, that the Hebrew University just closed its doors. lol.

It snows every once in a while in Jerusalem, and when it does, it's snow day for all schools (and apparently universities..)

It does, sometimes. When I was living there we didn't expect it snow so we didn't bring any warm clothing, but first thing in winter it snowed more than it had for the past five years! It was hilarious!
