Either....depending on the mood
Spaghetti on toast for lunch (throw on a fried egg for that extra special touch) and pasta for dinner (the usual concontions with mince, mushies or tuna)
Or just be a pig and eat spaghetti hoops threaded onto a fork prong straight out the tin

Ugh, not me. Like to make my own sauce and al dente is a must. However a couple of my kids still eat it.

So why are you asking? I prefer the aldente with a mushroomy or meaty sauce and plenty of parmesan cheese grated over it. Ooooh, it is making me hungry but I having to wait for a visitor who is coming on a bus and the bus is late and my mum is going to have to pick her up from 9 miles away and I am hungry .......

I love making pasta dishes, all kinds of pasta. But for a quick snack food, there's nothing better than Spaghettios and meatballs!
