In a two-person household with two vehicles, can one person be insured as the primary driver on both vehicles?

YES, especially if both veh's are insd by same company.. Then usally they will be listed as primary for both.

It sounds like you are trying to hide something. Depending on the circumstances the answer is yes...such as the other household member does not have a driver's license, or you choose to have them excluded from driving either vehicle, or if the other household member is not a family member.

The best thing to do is talk to your insurance agent and be honest. Your agent is really there to help you make the best decisions. Sometimes the best decisions are a little more costly, but you are better off in the long run. Please trust what I am saying, I've been an insurance claim rep for over 20 years.

Yes, but if you list the other person as a driver some states will still pull their driving record as well and your insurance premium may still increase depending upon the second person's driving record.

Yes. Remember though, if you're doing this to save someone else money on insurance (by having them as second driver) it ends up screwing them in the end though, as when they want to get their own insurance, it will be as if they were a new driver.
