Here's for the 1st 5Lbs.

Buckeyes

5 lb Smooth peanut butter
17 1/2 cup Confectioners' sugar
2 1/2 cup Butter
15 cup Rice krispies
Mix the ingredients together. Make small balls, and coat with 1 package of chocolate chips and 1/4 bar of paraffin wax melted together in a double boiler. Dip each in the mixture, and put on wax paper to cool. Nice small gift this time of year.

Carrot-Peanut Butter Bread

5 cup Brown sugar,firmly packed
2 1/2 cup Peanut butter,chunky style
2 1/2 cup Peanut oil
10 x Eggs
10 cup Carrots,peeled,shredded
5 tsp Vanilla
8 3/4 cup Flour,enriched
5 tsp Baking powder
5 tsp Baking soda
1 1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/4 tsp Allspice
1 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
2 1/2 cup Milk
Preheat oven to 350'F.
Grease 5 loaf pans 9x3x2". Cream together sugar, peanut butter, peanut oil, and eggs; add carrots and vanilla. Blend flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, allspice, and nutmeg. Alternately add flour mixture and milk to creamed mixture. Turn into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove from pan, and cool on rack.
Wrap in colored plastic srap and give away as gifts.

There are alot of organizations that would kiss your feet if you donated some of your bounty with them. Meals on Wheels, for example. The Boy Scouts Organization, A Homeless Shelter that cooks, A Seniors Community Center. Other than those, to use up that much PB, would require tons of time, and money in other ingredients. Good luck.

Give some to the soup kitchens and homeless shelters

I just looked up on foodtv.com and searched on "peanut butter" and 538 recipes came up.........some really interesting ones......check it out............either that or start LOVING PB&J sandwiches..........best of luck there.......you might want to donate a couple of tubs of the PB to a homeless shelter...........
