How do you get negative 'spirits' out of your house?

For the past month we have had things happening in our home that cannot be explained. Voices speaking - one of a girl singing, and a male voice that is threatening. Doors are slamming open and shut, lights are turned on and off, my daughter is terrified to sleep in her room because she says 'someone is talking to me and they talk really loud', she doesn't understand what they are saying - what really bothers me is my daughter is only 3. Dishes are banging around, shadows and a weird smell come out of nowhere - the list goes on. For some reason the male makes itself known when I am alone. I'm afriad to be at home alone, and I really want this to stop. Does anyone have any ideas as to what can be done?

This is a serious matter...
If you move they will just follow you. Rid your life of spiritism, and any occult objects, idols, and forms of worship pertaining to Satanism, or of Demonic origins. Steer away from mediums, palm readers, or exorcists. (Deuteronomy 18:10-12) (Leviticus 19:31; 20:6, 27)

What is spiritism? It is involvement with demons, or wicked spirits, either directly or through a human medium. Spiritism does for demons what bait does for hunters: It attracts prey. And just as a hunter uses a variety of baits to lure animals into his trap, so wicked spirits encourage various forms of spiritism to bring humans under their control. (Compare Psalm 119:110.) Some of these forms are divination, magic, looking for omens, sorcery, binding with spells, consulting mediums, and inquiring of the dead.

The demons also like to scare people. Sometimes they pretend to be people who have died. They may even imitate voices of those who have died. In this way the demons fool many into believing that dead people are alive and can talk with the living. Yes, the demons cause many people to believe in ghosts.

So we must be on guard that Satan and his demons do not fool us. The Bible warns: ‘Satan tries to make himself look like a good angel, and his servants do the same.’ (2 Corinthians 11:14, 15) But, really, the demons are bad.


With what authority and power did Jesus expel demons? His authority was from Jehovah God, and by expelling demons from possessed persons, Jesus proved that he was God’s Anointed One, the Messiah. Though they did so unwillingly, the demons were forced to recognize Jesus’ authority. (Matt. 8:28-34) And really, how could they have resisted him?

Mathew 4: 10-11 - Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written, ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’” 11 Then the Devil left him, and, look! angels came and began to minister to him.

Know that these are not ghosts. This is a recorded memory of what may have happened once in your house. The spirits of these people have most likely passed on. But there may be something you can do.

Cast a Circle.

Take a sword of athame and go to the center of the circle. Point the blade to earth and sky, and say forcefully:

Darkbound spirits,

Unwanted guests,
Begone!
Leave us, leave this place, leave this home,
That the Gods may enter.
Go, or be cast into the outer darkness!
Go, or be drowned in the watery abyss!

All scream, shout, clap hands, ring bells, and make noise to frighten away negative forces. If you have small children, give them each a pot and a wooden spoon and have them run around the house with you, making noise to scare off the energies.

Jehovah is Gods name and is very powerful (in the King James version Exodus 6:3, Psalm 83:18). Out load, pray to Jehovah through His son Jesus Christ for them to go. Do it as many times as you need to because you have to really want. Also, if you have any books about spiritism, ouija boards, interpreting dreams anything like that get rid of them. Basicially anything like that is an invitation for them (demons) to come. Also drugs, including grass, will open your mind to them which is very dangerous.
Don't worry, Jehovah God will help you if you call on Him and make them go away.

I would move. But short of that, theres lots of things depending on what you believe. You can have people "clean" the house, these are usually psychics, or people who make a living dealing with the supernatural. You can have it prayed over and blessed, in the Christian faith. You can seek an exorcism from a Cathiloc priest, but you usually have to be Cathiloc to get one of those. You can ask them to leave themselves. Native American Medicine Men can also do a cleansing. It just depends, and they dont always work either.

Hold up. Just a month? Is it a new house? If not, then you have to think as to why these things are suddenly appearing!

Ask them to leave first, I suggest in a respectful manner. If they don't, ask God to make them leave for you. If you belong to an organised religion get a priest etc. to do a ceremony for you. Or make up your own, with the symbols, words etc. that you choose, that you think will work.
