It you've had EKG done and blood work and everything looks normal, I'm sure it's anxiety and GERD symptoms. I've had anxiety attacks where I felt like I couldn't breathe and my arms feel numb and stuff. You need to get that anxiety under control. Exercise, eat right, and you may require a medication for anxiety. As for your jaw and teeth pain, that probably is TMJ. See your dentist and they'll probably recommend a night mouth guard. (I have this too)

If you've gone as far as getting EKGs and upper GIs and x-rays, then you're beyond what help you're going to get from Yahoo Answers. Keep working with your docs. Anxiety can create pressure and sweating and numbness, so you're probably on a decent track there. Did you get any Lorazepam ("Ativan") to help with the anxiety?

Also, any meds you are on might give you side effects as well. But if you're that far into it, you need to be working with your doc, not us.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life
