I secretly like to do girly things. I would love for a girl to paint my toenails or play dress up with me.

Not an easy one, it is totally up to the guy, what he likes. For example it could be anything from baking me some cookies, to look at me in the eyes and tell me how much she loves me, to go skydiving with me, etc.
If you are the one you're talking about, you need to find out what he really likes and enjoys (I don't endorse premarital sex, that only degrades you, if you love him, you want him for life, not for a moment in bed).
