yes. but are you sure you want to do that? a tatoo is something that you're stuck with for the rest of your life. you may like it at 16, but are you sure you're still going to love it a 60? just think it over really good before you commit to it okay?
Merry Christmas!

If you are planning on going to a Professional Tattooist, then NO.
Even with the signature and mother/father being present, it is illegal!
Unless you want to go to someone's basement and get tattooed by a needle that's been used 20 times...
I would wait until you are 18. It LEGAL that way and you have less chance of catching diseases (that is if you go to a professional).
I had to wait until I was 18, and I expect you to, too!

Yes - no problem. You need to find the right parlor to do it...some will even do it w/out mom. Good luck! Make sure you get one that looks good at all weights! Oh yeah - and remember how old people look with tattoos..gross. you may want to hide it!

In most states as long as you have parental permission you can get a tattoo. I would suggest calling the Tattoo parlor ( if you know it). Or going to www.lasvegasnevada.gov or similiar sites for info. Your hotel may even know.

If your mom will sign a consent sheet there, yes you can. Some people though refuse to touch a minor.
