How can I make my thighs and hips curvier or fuller? Is there anything i can eat to do this? I usually have thick thighs but i played tennis throughout the summer and fall and i've lost weight in my thigh area and i want to regain it. Is there any way i can do this? Any excerise that'll make it thicker or foods to make it bigger?

You cannot gain weight in one specific area. You could talk to a personal trainer about an exercise routine that will help you to get the body you desire.

For weight training exercises... you can do squats or leg presses for overall thigh development. Lunges are also a good weight exercise to do. Leg curls for your hamstrings. When you are doing leg press, you can vary the position of your feet to to focus on the outer or inner thigh/quad. Normal positioning is shoulder width. If you put your feet wider, that works more inner thigh. Feet moved in a bit closer than shoulder width works the outer.

Some gyms have adductor and abductor machines. Those are also good for isolating the outer and inner thighs.

My suggestion would be to eat, but you should go to a diet doctor.
