Not to be translated without a key.
I personally think its all bogus, but things like this can almost not be translated without a key, which can have a thousand conditions.
Rule 1) A = B if B if preceded by an A or followed by a D unless the A which it is preceded by was a K.
You see, this is probably impossible to decode

Its an inconsistent code but I think it has something to with each letter being the first letter of a word. The U's however could be just "you" if this is english. It might not be english.

Try using the Fibonacci method of decoding, and you should be able to get the gest of it... look up Fibonacci as it is quite mathematical, and I am not able to explain adequately. good luck.
