Frozen turkeys can safely be kept indefintely in the freezer but the quality will defintely not be the same. They will still be nutritious up to a year if properly wrapped. Use a good quality freezer bag or several layers of plastic wrap topped with a sheet of heavy aluminum foil.

why would you keep a turkey in the freezer? it will die in a matter of minutes. so i say 5 minutes before it's no good!
