My skins been bothering me since i moved home to my parents and nothing has changed at all besides there water is soft, I get a face rash and feels dry
p.s every thing i use is for sensitive skin and i dont have hot showers

Do they have a water softener? Perhaps you're allergic to one of the chemicals use? I'd check w/a dermatologist to be sure...

Yes, although if you're using certain soaps they have that can have an effect. Also, foods.
Soft water has been treated, and there could be something in it that bothers you.
I used to work out at a gym and developed a nasty skin rash on my neck; I finally figured out it was the shampoo they had there - I stopped using it and the problem went away. But if you are extra sensitive, and they have something in their water, then yes - it could be that.

try antihistaminics
and their lotions if availble
