Not sure about the best one to Grenada. However, I've visited over two dozen countries and so far Lonely Planet guide books have the been the best. The information and layout is vey good.

try the CIA playbook on visiting foreign countries..they do a great section on the bay of pigs and cuba... but i'm sure it has a section on every country. or you could watch heartbreak ridge with clint eastwood... he did the visit grenada and kill time video.
wikipaedia, or google. follow the clues...

jump in a cab when u get there - they are the best tour guides!
don't forget to tip a little extra then you normally would!
