I have nodes in my breast so I am worried that will it not be the cause for the cancer in the future.

Generally, lymphnodes are not easily felt in the breast tissue (or anywhere else) unless they have hardened...this may be due to a past infection and not always cancer. Also, presense of a hardened lymphnode has no bearing on the future risk of cancer. No one can tell for sure by feel whether a hardened lymphnode is cancerous...it needs to be tested.

A cancerous lymph node would be hard and a regular lymph would be soft and squishy. There are many of ducts in your breasts but, if you run across a hard one - GET IT CHECKED!

normal r not palpable ( felt) and small
ca has big( min 2 cm) are hard and palpable
