I love my boy friend alot but lately he is been talking about having sex but I don't want to and he says he'll do it anyway that would be rape. so I say then I'll tell the cops and he says he'll kidnap me and make me a slave like the other ones. OTHER ONES????? uh oh so I run out now I belive he is stalking me and is gonna kidnap me. WHAT SHOULD I DO???? telling the police won't help he'll get me before then

if he kidnaps you to somewhere you want to go to, then it would be ok.
if he is a pimp and would sell you and hit you, then you have to get away now.

have a few guy friends around as much as possible. Whenever any of my girl friends are having a serious problem with her soon to be ex they call me and I handle the situation. Just make sure you're friend can handle it. Theres nothin worse then having a friend call you at 3 in the morning because her 6'6" 250 pound ex had a few too many drinks and was banging on her door. >.< damn that was a tough one. Also dont get someone who will try to use violence as a first line of defense. They gotta have some common sense.

Oh No!!! The next time you talk to him be firm about what you are going to do. He is only telling you this because he has caught on to what makes you scared. Just reverse the rolls. Tell him all the information you have on him if he keeps stalking you. Then ignore him, he wants a response. Don't give him any. Like children if they know how to get what they want they will keep doing it. If they cant get your response, after a while, they will move on.

Are you for real, girl....? I have trouble believing it; but if you are not making it up, you should have been telling the police LONG ago. This guy's threats are illegal, and it sounds like you need to get a restraining order. Personally, I think your boyfriend is crazy and needs to be put in a jail or hospital where he can be given professional help. You deserve better than a psycho like him!

I would call the police, even though you say he'll get you before then. Also, have someone with you at all times whether its a neighbor, family member, or just a friend. Don't go out when its dark, and stay with a friend, or have a friend stay with you at your apartment or house. I hope you are ok.

I get the impression that you are young... so tell your parents. They will be proud of the decision thatyou are making to not have sex and they will help protect you. Your parents can help lead you in the direction you need to go with this.
If you are really scared and don't want to tell your parents, then tell the police or a guidance counselor at school.

He may just be joking - but rape and slavery aren't things to joke about. Do yourself a favor and dump him asap and don't go out alone with him. If you think you are in danger call the police and tell them exactly what he said to you - you should be able to get a restraining order on him.

You chose him. You're still calling him your boyfriend. What the hell is the matter with you? Break up and do not call him your boyfriend because he is not. Get that through your little head first.
First, do not contact him. Don't even tell him you broke up with him. Stop answering his phone calls. Stop seeing him. Stop emailing him, etc. etc. It will only encourage him to act in anger if you tell him that you want to break up. Passive aggressiveness is a good thing here.
If he comes after you, get a restraining order. It's not that hard. Go down to the police station and get one right away. If he comes after you, or even gives you a phone call, you call the police right away and they will haul his a*ss to jail.
Problem solved. God, I'm good.

Next time you talk to him on the phone or in person; record him about forcing himself sexually w/you. (rape)
Make a police report immediately & finally file a protection order against him if you are really afraid. He is a TOP JERK! After the evidence do not EVER talk to him.

Take a small vacation, Inform the police, leave him a small noninsulting note saying he's not welcome any more. If he comes back, don't let him in, inform the police. If that happens more than once, you can go to court and get a restraining order, which makes it illegal for him to be in your vicinity
