I am a guy, but i still get jealous easily. I dont really tell my gf, but i will show that i am jealous. Is it correct?...I get jealous over things like my friends talking to me gf on msn. Its small matter only, but i cant help to be jealous. i know i shldnt be jealous, i still.....how...pls help

jealousy is often a sign of insecurity.
accept the fact that your gf likes you, and she won't go anywhere! unless your jealousy drives her away...

The feeling of jealousy manifests from feeling of inadequacy, low self esteem, lack of confidence. Concentrate your energy on building loose traits into your character and you'll realize there is no need for jealousy , it is a poison to the soul & mind. It alters perceptions and causes nothing but anxietes. By ridding yourself of it's nasty grip you'lll realize that everyone is beautiful in their own way...........lots of self help books are available to research & read. good luck !

Insecurity like that will drive her away. You need to get a handle on it. Either she is trustworthy and you need to remind yourself of that whenever the green-eyed monster pops up, or she isn't and you shouldn't be with her.

before you let feelings of jealousy take over, talk about it! tell your girlfriend that you feel uncomfortable with the situation. chances are, if there is good communication in your relationship, you can work it out and keep that green-eyed monster far away!
