No, you can't. Sorry, but once you do a full system recovery, everything except the factory setings and files is completely removed. There is no way to reverse this.

Performing a system restore does not delete files like word or music or pics or anything like that. It just deals with programs and settings. So your documents aren't affected by system restore. That being said, you can undo a system restore by clicking START, then ALL PROGRAMS, Then ACCESSORIES then SYSTEM TOOLS, then SYSTEM RESTORE. If you aren't given an option to undo last system restore, then all you do is restore your pc to the time before your friend did the initial restore. HOWEVER, if you do this, you're more than likely going to have the initial problem that made your friend mess wirh your pc in the first place. What was it initially doing???

When say system recovery do you mean he used the disk to restore it to original condition? Is so it can not be undone. You have lost what ever was on there. If it was a simple system restore you can undo that. Just click on Start>all programs>accessories>system tools>System Restore. You will get a option to undo the last restore.

If your friend did a full system recovery then no honey there is no way to recover anything . Software data recovery are use for hard drive failures not for your case. And the goofball level2 who is telling you about restore process just ignore his crap he does not know what he is talking about.
Good luck,
Joe.

If finished gadget restoration contains a disk format then you certainly are screwed. attempt using an more advantageous operaring gadget, Linux case in point. the subsequent time your gadget is ****** up, do no longer do the restoration at the instant, first use a CD to start the workstation and positioned your archives secure in the previous doing the stupid gadget restoration.
