Candy Cookie Cups:
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped macadamea nuts
18 ounce(s) ref. white choc. chip macadamia nut cookie dough
24 piece(s) minature peantu butter cups tray
Sprinkle Macademia nuts into 24 greased minature muffin cups--1 tsp in each. Cut each cookie dough piece into 1/2 and place each half into a muffin cup.
BAke at 325F for 11-13 miunutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven a press 1 peanut butter cup into center of each cookie while still hot.
Cool completely before removing.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
