I've seen bottles of vodka with lemons in it and bottles of sake with figs in it. How do they do it?

They slide the Bottle over the "BUD" and the Fruit grows into it.
A realy great one is the Pear d' Anjou.
When the Bottle is empty with the Liquor, be careful when you eat the Fruit. This is very Potent !!!!

The fruit is actually grown in the bottle; The bottle is placed over the fruit when it just starts to grow. I have also seen pears, cherrys, and apples in the bottles.

i heard that they put the bottle on the fruit-while it is still on the tree but unripe & small
