This Would depend on the diesel engines efficiency, some get better fuel economy. KVA will convert to horsepower or visa versa. The easiest and best way is to find someone who has one and ask. This would also depend of the FLA being at max, Full Load amps being constant, which they usually aren't.

The rated capacity (if that's what the 110KVA is) has nothing to do with fuel consumption.

Fuel consumption is proportional to the actual KVA being produced, which is a fuction of how much load is applied to the unit.

submergency's got all the equations you need; just put in the actual load instead of 110KVA

HHV of Diesel: 36.4 MJ/liter

"Average" efficiency of a diesel engine is 45%

So a diesel should get around 16.4 MJ/liter

110 kVA = 0.11 MJ/second

So a liter of diesel should last around 149 seconds.

So a 110KVA diesel should burn around 24 liters/hour (6.34 gallons/hour).
