She may be trying,, in her own way, to explain to you the principle of pooing in a bag, which she may be doing as a result of a medical condition where she cannot poo anymore in the regular orifice.
The medical term is using colostomy bags after anal or total colon resection. Maybe she just survived a bout of cancer.
