Do we have to buy SONY'S memory stick? If not, do other brands such as Sandisc make memory stick?

Well as far as i know yes you have to get Sony's because if you see a Sony one they are much longer then a normal stick. i have one and it is so much different then my friend who has a different make so you would have to get Sony.

I don't only buy the Sony brand, in fact the only Sony stick I have for mine is the one that came with it. I buy the stick that gives me the most memory for the price.
P.S.- I just looked, the one I am currently using is a SanDisk.

No, not with Sony.
Sony make it proprietary and you have to go back to them.
But Sandisk now sell it too and it much cheaper.

other companys make msp and mspd for cheap like lexar and sandisk

im using a sandisk memory stick, even sandisk memory stick pro will work, as long as it comes w/the adaptor/extension (dunno what the term for it, lol)
