The best workout I have found to decrease the mid section is the book called The Abs Diet..........I ordered the CD and it has 3 levels of 30 min. workouts. The book also gives you meals that you can actually live with. If you don't want to buy the book go to
www.menshealth.com there you can also sign up for the newsletter and it's all free. It's not just for men. They have recently come out with The Abs Diet for women. both pretty much the same. You will be happy you tried it. I'm a 49 yr. old woman and thanks to that workout, I look and feel great.

Stop being lazy and get some motivation, like put a picture of santa's belly in front off you, and tell your self you dont want to turn into that and start doing some crunches. I do 700 crunches a day, im not saying push your self to do 700 but to begin do 50 an hour for 5hrs and just push it up the next day. Good luck
