That is always a tough question that has soooo many variables.
First, you should probably grab a pen and paper and start a list so you can see your thoughts, schedule, etc. in black and white.
Then write that schedule/committments down, Now you can work around the daily task that are not changable - things like work/class hours. Then consider, are you a morning or evening person? Do you have lots of research and writing to do. Maybe you want to block some time 2-3 days per week for homework and 1-2 days per week to accomplish chores at home, laundry, yardwork.
Most importantly, schedule "stress-relief" time. What do you like to do? Bar-hop, pilates, shop, go fishing, pro sporting events, visit aunt Martha? Schedule "YOUR" time. It will relieve stress and be your reward for a hard week's work.
How ever you work it, it will be better than no schedule. Without one, we all tend to hangout on the couch in front of the TV too long, spend too much time doing anything that doesn't help us reach our goal.
Remember, it's a terrible feeling when time is up and we haven't completed what we wanted to! Good luck and keep your eye on the prize!

There are many ways that you could cope with stress. You could find something your good at or go somewhere where you can never be disturbed. Just do things that you enjoy doing and you'll be fine. Meditation helps alot as well.

Usually I felt stress when there is too much homework to do, exams coming up, many projects approaching.
What I find to have the most impact to reduce stress is to prevent it in the first place. Snowballing is one of the ways to pile up the stress level hence planning to finish homework early and doing project early is one of the ways to reduce stress.

I know you've heard this before, but develop a schedule. eg...do homework now, talk on phone now, etc.
In your room, make a seperate place for doing work, an dthere work. Its best if its next to a window and all.
If ur having family problems, than try talking to your family, telling them you would like to pass school and not be a loser.
At school, keep your behavior positive, and always be nice to people. Try talking to a teacher for help, if its serious.
