No, I'm afraid not - it's the way that sugar melts that gives candy floss it's texture. Plus, too much artificial sweetener will have a somewhat undesired effect on the candy floss eater - they'll be on the loo for ages!

No I wouldn't think so as it is the syrupey consistency that comes from heating sugar that Candy Floss is made from.
