ALWAYS USE 2WD UNLESS YOU NEED 4WD...MUD,SNOW(EVEN ON HIGHWAY),OFF ROAD PLAYIN. 4WD ON DRY SOLID GROUND WILL PUT REAL BAD WEAR ON YOUR TRANSFER CASE AND TRANSMISSION,EVEN YOUR TIRES.
IF YOU CAN DRIVE SAFELY IN 2WD THATS THE WAY TO FLY.

The ONLY time 4 wheel drive should be engaged is off road, and then only if needed. Never drive on dry clear pavement with it on.
