I am in pain, and wish to be rid of it.The Percocet alone is just not doing enough.
Would they be ready to place me 6 feet under if I took a couple of ounces of wine with it?

Girl..............BE RID OF YOUR PAIN!
Godess..........pppshhhhhhhhh! idgit! Take it from one with experience concerning narcotic pain relievers. If you truelly mean a couple of ounces of wine., then YOU WILL BE FINE< A-OK, and all that. My husband can drink a 12 pk of beer and then take a 7.5mg of perc or lortab and be just fine. Just do not overdo it. Really, dont mix the whole bottle of wine with a perc. It also depends on what mg the perc is???? Either way. I think its important for you to know that the alcohols' effect will be increased MORE SO THAN THE PAIN KILLERs effect. I think all you will end up doing is causing nausea or that whooozy feeling, instead of helping dull your pain. I think you should wait a half hour and take another perc, and leave the alcohol out of the picture......if achieving nonpain is your hope.
Good luck.......from a chronic pain sufferer who knows percocet, lortab, and oc VERY well.........love and GOD BLESS YOU!!!

Since you are already having heart palpitations, it is better to get this checked out in the er. There isn't anything to take otc after the combination you've already taken. What you need is medical attention because there are some meds they can give you at the hospital like gravol or similar stuff that will reverse whatever side effects the alcohol and pills have given you. You won't be judged as what you did was accidental...but its best to get seen so that you don't have any adverse long lasting damage to your heart or other organs.

I never had a problem when I had a couple of beers with percocet, but as far as the pain is concerned, I went to a pain specialist and I am now taking Oxycontin my pain is now mostly minimal, if you have a pain specialist near by I would highly recommend seeing one,, taking alcohol to kill the pain with other meds is not smart

If you wanna get better soon, don't drink. Especially not with Percocet!

When i lived in philly, the "Pharming Capital" of the world, i used to do percs daily. Id take percs with corona, whiskey, whatever alcohol i had. It was extremely relaxing and I enjoyed it. I stopped doing percs last year. I dont think a lil wine will hurt with the percs, just dont try and get too high.

Depends ~ some people, maybe, and others no.

A couple ounces to a person with normal health; probably not a problem.

Okay, i misunderstood. But I used to take them and drink beer and it just got you drunk quicker. Don't drink too much or you will be in trouble!

Probably not the best idea, im sure if you read the bottle on the pills it clearly states do not mix with alcohol.

If you don't mind having seizures, go ahead, have some wine. Maybe falling unconscious is appealing to you. Merry Christmas.
