Pulled one on my sister once that I was proud of:
When she was a freshman in high school (I was a senior), she had a tremendous crush on a sophomore guy named Tommy Hutchinson. She wanted more than ANYTHING in the world for him to ask her to the Homecoming Dance. (Tommy already had a date, but she didn't know it.) There was another guy...Paul Watson...who sorta had a crush on my sister, but she didn't really like him. (Didn't actually dislike him, but didn't want to be his sweety pie.)
Paul asked her to go with him to Homecoming...and she put him off. (One of those "Not sure we'll be in town that weekend" things...and made me SWEAR I'd back her up if Paul ever asked me where we were going.) She kept putting him off, hoping Tommy would ask her. Finally...bowing to the inevitable...she accepted Paul's offer.
The next day, when she got home, I told her that Tommy somebody had called, and...when I told him that she was not here, he asked me if she already had a date to Homecoming. I told him she did.
She was in shock...TOMMY? Tommy WHO?
Oh, I didn't exactly catch the last name...Hutch-something, maybe?
She was ecstatic...
The next week, she politely told Paul that she had forgotten that she had accepted an earlier Homecoming invitation, and that she would have to politely decline to go with him. (Paul, who was getting pretty tired of her by now, immediately asked another girl.) My sister, meantime, went to Tommy Hutchinson and informed him that she did NOT have a date to Homecoming, and she was sorry her stupid brother thought that she did.
Tommy, of course, was dumbfounded...and explained that he had NOT caled her...and besides...he'd had a date to Homecoming for two weeks now.
Needless to say, my sister stayed home during the Homecoming dance, and didn't speak to me for several weeks. (Even though I offered to let her tag along with me and MY date.)
I still kid her about that to this very day...

It depends on what she did to you first and how low you want to go to get her back, and also your age....
Lets see what horrible things you could do to get her back.....
Okay if youre childish you could get her bra and fill it with tissues and place it on her couch next to the christmas tree for your family to find it when theyre opening christmas presents.....
My sister has never forgiven me for ticking the "Bed Wetting" box on her summer camp application when she was 14 and the ensuing "we have left a plastic sheet for you on your matress and nobody needs to know about your problem" conversation with one of the camp leaders.....
If your 12 you could fart into a Pepsi can and just say "hey.....smell this".....My brother fell for this twice in the space of 20 minutes hehehehe....
You could hard boil an egg and place it inside a chicken with the shell on and tell everyone your sister is heartless and she cooked a chicken with a baby inside it....
Or if you wanted to be really bad you could rent an adult video- something really out there that is totally wrong and put the case in her bedroom and then say oh wow i didnt know you were into this.....
Hopefully this will help you come up with something to get her back with

I actually did this to my wife a couple of years ago.
Find a wig the same color as her hair. Just start cutting on it.
When you're sister's asleep, go into her room and spread the hair all around her pillow and the bed! HILARIOUS!
She'll FREAK!

You shouldn't be playing tricks on each other. Your sister will be your best friend for life.

Ok... I did this on my bigger sister. It's damn funny.
If you celebrate Christmas, or another holiday soon that gives presents, wrap up something that already belongs to her (she should know that it's her own item you gave to her). Wrap it up and give it to her. Then... RUN! Lol.
Good-luck.
Happy Holidays.

While she is sleeping, take a big lemon wedge and shove it into her mouth. Watch her squirm, take a picture, THEN RUN!
