Get a few bottles of the pump anti-bacterial hand cleanser and use it all the time. Whenever you come home use it before doing anything. Keep some with you. If you live with someone get them using it too, especially after grocery shopping. Try to stay away from crowds. If someone is coughing or looks sick, go the other way. If friends or relatives have sick kids say you can't come over. It's a battle and you have to be aware every second.

Mycoplasma pneumoniae can be a tough infection to treat, you may need to be on antibiotic therapy long term, I would consult with a specialist in Infectious disease and they will probly check the antibiotic susceptibilities of your infection, then you can go on an antibiotic that you can be assured will work and then you should stay on it until your doctor is assured that it has been irradicated, you should also probly get your home thoroughly cleaned professionally to make sure it is not coming from your home. Good Luck.
