Kayla- I had anorexia for 25 years. Things did not change for me permanently until I got help for my addiction issues and anorexia is an addiction.
Juggling diet and exercise programs that cause you to lose and regain the weight is only treating the symptoms instead of the real problem.
Get help on the internal issue and everything else will fall into place. A good 12 step program and a lot of prayer will help.
I wish you the peace of Christ.

I think you should talk to your doctor, and do not diet. Just have a healthy diet. Like another person said, a nutritionist can also help.
What you want to do is focus on reasonable exercise, reasonable portion control, and try to reduce the amount of processed food that you eat. Also, don't aim to lose weight quickly. Check with your doctor about what a healthy weight is for you, and don't aim for the lower part of that.
It might help you if you make a food diary, but there again, check with a medical professional. However, instead of making it a punishment, or the typical diet's keep-track-of-every calorie, make it about servings of types of food. Check off when you have a serving of meat, a serving of grains, a serving of vegetables, a serving of diary, etc. Even though you are trying to lose weight, I'd guess that you should focus on adding foods, not on reducing eating.
In many places, you can have groceries delivered, for about the same price as going to the store. If that's an option for you, you might want to give it a try. It's probably easier with your child to shop from home, and it might be easier to avoid the hungry-buy-junk-food shopping trip. I have organic fresh vegetables delivered regularly, and it has increased the quantity and variety of fresh produce that I eat. I found the small company through a local vegetarian organization.

properly, my adventure has shown that the two events could desire to be on an analogous place in time, and on an analogous point, to have a protracted lasting relationship. intending to me that they could desire to be spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and bodily on an analogous point, or on the fringe of it for it to paintings. What i could do as quickly as accessible is discover help communities, and socialize with them. See, in case you ask a typical women folk, one that has no issues in those factors which you have a actual undertaking, and that's no longer that undesirable, the undeniable fact that she does not comprehend with regard to the undertaking, will scare her off. Now, in case you asked a women folk that has gentle melancholy an analogous element, she could seem at it like, great we the two have issues, and she or he would be able to sense extra related to you. it quite is basically an occasion, i comprehend life should not be this way, even with the undeniable fact that that's. test with what I basically mentioned, ask some women folk what I wrote right here how they could sense. do no longer tell them you have the undertaking, tell them your cousin has this undertaking, ensure you supply the age of 34 and something of the info.

Have your physical health taken care of by a dietician, and your mental health taken care of by a good psychologist. Make both of them aware of your previous problems, so that they can both monitor you for signs of slipping into unhealthy habits.
If it will help, take one of your family members with you so that they can see that you're trying to do things properly and only want to be healthy.

Go to a dietitian. If your family knows you are taking direction from a professional maybe they will be supportive.
