I am 26 and I need to loose over 50lbs and I have tried to diet and work out, but I just don't see any progress. I am going to start the new year with a positive attitude and eat right and loose weight for myself. I am so scared of diabetes and I don't want to get that!
what is your suggestion?

What should I stop eating? I have gave up pork chops over a year ago! And I am doing pretty good.

You don't need to torture yourself by stop eating anything. Instead, try eating everything little by little, split your diet into small meals, with little food for each. Eating more vegetable instead of meat or carbonhydrate rich food. Keep eating fish cause they dont store as fat. Work out regularly and try not working so hard cause that will encourage you eating more later on. try some other ideas!

You really sound determined and for good reason. Just remember that exercise works wonders inside your body.

Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No alcohol
no bread
no burgers
No candy
No chips
no corn
no fried foods
No pasta
No pizza
No potatoes
No sodas
No sugar
