when we use any type of harsh chemical in our hair, it destroys the hair strands and strips the natural oils from the hair and scalp so a lot of maintenance is needed. The first thing to do is to get your split ends cliped every time you get a relaxer, if you have a lot of split ends that can make your hair fall out. For the scalp use a light oil like hair food and rub in your scalp lightly whenever needed, maybe about 2 to 3 times a week that all depends on how dry your scalp gets don't over do it. Wash your hair regularly like once a week. Now the hair it self needs moisturizing so try Pink oil moisturizer, use this preferably before you blow dry your hair and a little afterwards don't over do it. Blow drying and hot curlers can strip your hair and scalp as well so use those moderately and or make sure you moisterize your hair when you use them. Now remember we need to take care of our hair like the rest of our body. Make sure your diet consists of good foods and not a lot of junk food, drink plenty of water and don't forget to take your vitamins and minerals daily you can be surprised how much your diet affect your hair. Improving your hair can be a life changing experience.

P.S. you may still experience itchy scalp even when you do the things i suggested. it could be your hair follicles are stimulated.and your hair is growing or they are blocked and you may need to wash your hair.
When you wash your hair, massage your scalp that helps me a whole lot just be sure you do fall asleep when you do it. I hope this info helps you out remember you must be consistent to see results.

About 75 to a hundred hairs fall daily, that's normal for everyone. If you consider you are exceeding the hair fall limit I can recommend you start using an aloe vera-based shampoo or anyone based on any tree sap. Also try not to comb your hair so often as you are doing and look for a hair mask that can be adopted to your hair conditions with your hair stylist's assistance.

You and that i could basically lose all of them on an analogous time, and don't shed to any extent further throughout the time of the day...

taking the right vitamins and supplement in your daily diet would help hair growth, you also need to have head massage for proper blood circulation in the scalp:
