my heart beat getting increase..no words are coming out from mouth...other are easily find out this..even for very small, no valid matters

I am not a Dr., but I do suffer from panic/anxiety disorder, and in my non professional opinion, you may be having panic attacks. They are incredibly NOT FUN, and can make you feel like you are going to die if you have to face a task, or whatever brings them on. Go to the Dr. and describe your problems. They will not think you are crazy. I'm sure they will help you. Be prepared for a referral to the Psychiatrist; and welcome the appointment! You will be glad you did. Merry Christmas!

i have had one just recent its called anxiety or a panick attack its not harmful to organs but mentally it is you feel like you are having chest pains tingles in you hands and shortness of breath the best thing is to remain calm and get you self undercontrol and go see a doctor xanax works good so does paxil what is happening your mind is telling it self that there is danger even when there is none so you body reacts to the over load of chemicals that the brain is producing but you will be fine just think positive and dont let the little things get to you its easier said than done but i have to deal with them also so i do know what im talking about

You probably are experiencing panic or anxiety attacks. The only way to get help for this is with medication. So you will need to see your doctor.
Also, counseling will help with this condition so that you do not have to rely on the meds forever.
Relaxation techniques should help also, and your counselor will probably work on this with you.

when I feel this way I do abdominal breathing. Focusing on the word breathe when inhaling and the word relax when exhaling. After a couple of minutes doing this exercise I feel content.

It seems you have an anxiety problem. Anxiety problems are treatable but you should see a psychiatrist, psychologist or counseler. I am not sure if it is panic attack, there are other anxiety problems as well, like GAD (generalized anxiety disorder)

hey it happens to me all the time, so don't worry. What I do, is to take a deep breath, and just think of all the upcoming other events you will have planned, and to not worry about this one.

sounds like some sort of anxiety problem. go to your family dr. and tell him/her. there are medicines you can take as well as some breathing tecniques that you can do that will work wonders.

your paranoid, and anxiuos i get this way sometimes, try not to give a **** , it works sometimes. tell yer doctor to give you some xanax..
