You may benefit from a reconstructive or deep conditioning treatment. Definitely go to a salon and ask for recommendation on what you can do. Keep in mind that your hair may be so damaged that it might be best to cut it off and start all over again.

After trying several relaxer brands, the best one for me is the Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil relaxer. I highly recommend it because it doesn't irritate my scalp

Deep condition frequently. (x2 a week) try: kenra MC, Aussie 3 minute miracle, or aubrey organics HSR or white Camelia, or definite to carrots dirt mask, or ORS replenishing %./ conditioner. Use an excellent go away in conditioner or moisturiser. each 2 weeks if a chance use a reconstructor, Aussie makes one as does Aphogee. If wearing braids, do a deep conditioner and reconstruct beforehand braiding and after eliminating.

Go to a salon, they can tell you if the damage is reversable or if you're going to have to cut it. If you do it at home get the Botanicals Hair Repair Kit by Soft & Beautiful.
