Since he doesn't want anything stolen maybe for Christmas you should just like hang out go on a relly specail date or just hang around in the apartment. And just give all your love and nobody can take away how you'll feel about each other.

Use your cell phone and credit card and get him TICKETS to his favorite winter time sport! Take a ribbon and tie a card or note to it and say, "tickets to the Steelers(whatever) game on way". Keep the tickets until the game so they don't get lost or stolen. Say, Merry Christmas!
