Whatever you do.DO NOT pop the zit although it seems tempting. You will bring more bacteria into the pore which will make your face break out or yet get infected.
Wash your face with a gentle cleanser such as Oil of Olay,Neutrogena or Dove and prep your skin with a astringent After skin has been prepped and dried, take a concealer that matches your skin tone and work around your problem area.Make sure the cosmetic doesn't have any hidden oil.My preference is such a clean makeup such as Bare Minerals if you don't have that, cover girl, maybellene or Revlon would be good.
Cover your face with a sheer foundation--don't apply too much of it as you want to have your skin breathe.

Clearasil acne spot treatment cream works really well. I use a Walmart brand of it on problem zits because it is cheaper. My face clears up within two or three days when I use it. I also use Neutrogena face wash which keeps my face really clear. If you need your your zit gone in a matter of days though, try putting toothpaste on it when you go to bed at night. The chemicals in it will dry the pimple out and reduce the redness. Hope I helped!

've suffered with acne for awhile now, however, I think treating acne takes time. I got rid of of acne by drinking lots of water and eating very healthy, which was the best remedy by far. Also, washing my face twice daily. ,However, using natural cleansers made my face feel, look healthier, and clearer. Though, having a workout plan also takes a big impact on your skin, ALSO, NEVER TOUCH OR PICK AT YOUR FACE. But, if you absolutely have to, get two q-tips and squeeze the puss out gently. Then, put an ice cube on it so the redness will go away. Also, changing your pillowcases every other night helps too. I hope I helped. :)

Don't you just love that? My skin is always pulling that trick, just when something important is coming up, and here I come with a mountain growing out the end of my nose or somewhere else that is very noticeable. My advice is to leave it alone. I know the more I bother a zit, the worse it gets. You will have an easier time with concealer too if it is left alone.

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.
In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

Hi, I am a dermatologist by profession and according to me acne is normal for teens as they go through various hormonal changes in their bodies. If we keep on trying to heal pimples before they come then in 90% of the cases they won't come out but in 10% of the cases they will reside inside the skin and harm the skin by massive redness, itching and sometimes rashes.
I do recommend http://remove-acne-fast.com/ to all the teenagers who come to me for treating their acne. As this is a guide to get rid of pimples and the best part is all are healthy and tricks that actually works. I tried some listed techniques with my patients and the results were fast and impressive as compared to pills and surgeries.

------Apple cider vinegar/lemon juice Clean your skin and apply either lemon juice or apple cider vinegar with a cotton ball. The acid in these kitchen remedies helps flush out the pores and keeps the skin looking beautiful. Vinegar acts as an astringent and helps remove excess oil, kills bacteria, and normalizes the skin's pH. This remedy should work quickly.
• Another method using apple cider vinegar is to "steam clean" the face by putting it over a pan of boiling water with a towel over your head to trap the steam. This will loosen the dirt and oil. Then apply the vinegar with a cotton ball to remove the dirt and oil buildup. Repeat twice, then dab more vinegar on the pores to close them. Use this method once a week.
----Basil For acne that hasn't responded to other remedies, brew 2-3 teaspoons of dried basil leaves in 1 cup of boiling water for 20 minutes; let cool; apply to affected area with a cotton ball.
----- Aloe Use aloe vera juice or gel to counteract infection and promote healing. Use the ointment on pimples and sores. For acne scars, using aloe vera juice morning and night for as long as necessary (perhaps six months or longer) will help reduce the scars and improve skin complexion and color. It is drying, so if you have dry skin, use an aloe-based moisturizer. The pulp of the aloe vera plant is an excellent skin cleanser. Break off a portion and rub the pulp directly on the skin.

My wife has always used a product called Miracol (not sure of the spelling) from Merle Norman. She even bought some for our son when he was a teenager and had problems with his skin. They said "that stuff" as they called it would keep a pimple from developing when they first noticed one coming. See if you have a Merle Norman store in your area and ask them. It is in a pink tube.

Put non-whitening tooth paste on it. It depends on when you are having the party, but I read in Maxim magazine that this is the best way. Make sure this is a NON WHITENING because whitenening is going to have acid in it. Rub a small amount on the zit and leave it there all day. Sure it might be embarrasing walking around with it, but it works! I left mine on all night once and woke up and it was nearly completely gone.
